DO NOT USE FERN CHEM OR ANSWER THIER CALLS!
Harassment after we sent stock back that we never ordered- Non stop calls telling them to speak to our Lawyer but they keep pushing in absolutely annoyed, Please do not answer their calls otherwise they just send you stock you never ordered and still DEMAND payment.

Please avoid using Fern Chem as a supplier of cleaning materials
Please avoid using Fern Chem as a supplier of cleaning materials. Our experience mirrors many of the complaints already shared: • They begin with a lengthy sales pitch that wears you down until you accept a so‑called “free gift.” • That gift is far from free — you’re charged, and the order arrives incomplete. • Products are delivered without labels or usage instructions; we had to search online just to figure out how to use them. • Weeks later, an even larger batch arrived unexpectedly. When we queried this, they pointed to fine print claiming we had agreed to it. • We offered to return the goods, but they refused. Fern Chem misleads customers, misrepresents their products, and shows no regard for professional conduct. In over 40 years of work, I have never encountered a company as rude and persistently difficult to deal with
