Fernchem - ****MING BUISINESS!!!

RUN!! DON'T ASK QUESTIONS!! JUST RUN!!! My experience with these people are pretty much the same as all the other's. They contacted us. Wanting to introduce their products. I said that I will only take 1 of each of the 2 products they talked about. We have to first try the products before any more can be ordered. Soon enough the 2 x 5L products were delivered, invoice included, and that amount was paid to them. Also received a call couple of weeks later from a lady saying they are sending the rest of the free products. When these were delivered there was no invoice included, only delivery note, and as discussed by telephone, we accept this as the free products. Few months later, and sure enough, just like everybody els, i receive a phone call from a Frank, saying that we owe them for the 4 x 5L products delivered. Also saying that seeing as we signed for it, we are liable for the outstanding payment. Also referring to a very random condition on the first invoice stating that no returns are accepted for introduction deals. Not clarifying what it entails. In other words they are deliberately not doing it to mislead unsuspecting customers!!! The person who phoned me about the payment in arrears we not at all willing to assist, not willing to collect the products we did not agree to, did not order, did not want, had no invoice to see an amount to be paid, not ones received a montly statement, nothing. The customer is left thinkingbthe matter is now settled. Finished. Everybody did their part of the agreement. On no!!! Not so fast. This Frank was so rude, unprofessional. Screeming at me!! The odassity, while he is fully aware that they are ****ming me!!! They are busy with ******ion. They are the one's being dishonest. They are the one's trying to steel. They are the one's trying to sell a very inferior product. So they are the one's that should be threatened with legal action, not us, as the unsuspecting customer. Who was willing to give them a chanse. They could have used this opportunity to really run a honourable and worth while company. Instead they chose to lie, deceit, ******, threats, scream and yell, intimidate...I then received a call from 'de Lange', from their "legal department. Also treatening with legal action, trying make a deal and give us a further discount, but 'this deal is only valid for today' If I do not make a payment on this spesific day, the deal is off!!! He tells me the whole lengthy legal process, it can take years, with a lot of financial costs. Well Sir 'de Lange', buckle up!!! Just like I have been threatened I am now going to seek legal advice with the purpose of legal action agains FernChem. 29 January 2025.
