Fern chem/ tea Lua ****mers dishonest

This company called me in December and was not interested after about the 5th cal I gave into there promotion but 2 x5l soaps for R3000 and pay half price. Needless to say they sent me the stock and I paid moneys due est R1500. 5 months later I get a call and the lady On the phone says we forgot to send you the free stock, I repeat free she says yes we need to send you your free stock, so I reply and say I haven’t even used the stock I paid for as it’s not really a good product. 3 weeks Later I walk into the building and see a box addressed to my company I open it and there are 4 x 5l soaps and a credit card. I call the company asking for assistance they screen there calls so much as they are **** artists. Anyway I talk to a lady by the name of Jakkie claiming she is the owner, I tell her we don’t want the stock we never ordered it, her reply is it’s discounted stock and the bill is R3500 if you don’t pay they will hand it over to a legal department. I tell her no one ordered the stock she says someone signed for it so you are liable to pay for it. I reply nicely and say you can send your courier to collect she says unfortunately we cannot as it states on the invoice no returns, I’m ok let it stand here until you collect. This company sends stock without payment then demands payment once a courier has delivered then proceeds to threaten people. They are ****mers as they don’t do honest business we are in a shared building so if any parcel is addressed to us the guys will accept. I am getting harassed and demands from them for stuff I never ordered they sent it Gratis. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY They also call from different number from around the country and are a connection to Tra Lua obviously a company that also does dishonest deals.
