Fern Chem is ****ming people

I recently had a disappointing experience with FERN CHEM. I was drawn to their product/service based on their adverti*****t, which claimed that there product is an all purpose solution (only has a good smell but does nothing more that that). However, after purchasing, I found that the one order that i have place to try out there product consist out of more that 20 x 5L(of which the never mentioned). And forcing us to pay for things that you do not want!

I contacted customer service on, hoping to resolve the issue, but everytime they say pay for the last delivery and they will cancel the remaining orders(of witch we do not want and that never happened and keep on sending more products that we have to pay.. This not only is it a inconvenience and loss for us but also left me feeling misled and frustrated.

I suggest FERN CHEM revise their marketing materials to accurately reflect their offerings and improve their customer support to address such concerns more effectively.
