Fern Chem Forcing stock on Companies

We saw a complaint on Hellopeter from Madeira Old Age Home who complained about Fern Chem delivering stock which they did not order at all, well, we have the exact same problem with them at our company. We confirmed telephonically that we did not order anything, and we will send the stock back with the courier and they refused to give us a return order number. Now they are harassing us every day to pay for something we did not order, and it is very expensive stock they want to force on us.
