Stay away from Fern Chem, they a ****. Phoning up businesses with a introductory offer. Than after a few weeks they send you a invoice. After a few months one of there staff give you a call to say they SHORT SUPP**** you with your products, they going to send you the balance. After a month you get a call to say you have a outstanding invoice, in this case mine was R5244. 00, i called the sales manager and she gave me a R1244.00 discount, which i paid R4000.00. Last week 07/11/2024 i received a call from them saying that my account is paid up and they will send me a statement with a zero balance. Today 13/11/2024 the couriers came to deliver more products from them, i told the courier i didn't order any products from them. The sales lady from Fern Chem gave me a call saying i actually obligated to pay and except the order, i rejected because i didn't order anything from them, she said i have to take it because they gave me a 50% discount on the introductory order, i told her i dont want anything from them because they are a *****.
