FEM are just pathetic

My mom has been receiving death benefits for my dad for the past 44/45 years. Today is the 01 April 2022 and still nothing has been paid over into her bank account. FEM Employee Jackie supposed to be a Customer Service Manager is nothing but a blatant ****. Yes FEM my mom's debit orders will be collecting and still you idiots cannot give an honest answer. Let me be clear, you idiots are not dealing with people that are afraid of challenging the powers that be, suggest you get a Senior Manager to contact me now *** and resolve this issue today. I cannot fathom for the life of me how we consistently get jerked around by people you are simply ***********s'. Jackie I will find you and you will be held responsible for such pathetic service.
