Zero response from Fedhealth

What on earth is going on with Fedhealth??? My doctor is trying since 3 days to get a hospital authorization for me . The customer service and other line is not working other lines where not working E-mail authorization no reply. I personally finally got Fedhealth representatives on the line. I was transfered 4 times before I was put on hold as nobody could help me . I gave the details of my med-card and they could not find me on the system. I am paying every month for what ? I am seriously irritated to get this kind of response or better non professional response from my Medical Aid .
