Your mistake is costing me money

I went online to find out about the medical aid and then I found a package I was interested in. I then submitted a request for someone from Fed health to phone me so i can subscribe. I was advised that my monthly subscription is R2250. she then sent me a Brochure of the \MAXIMA ENTRYSAVER"package which has the amount of R2250. when thay deducted the money it was R3100. I then sent a mail to that consultant to unsubscribe. After 2 weeks I had no response so I phoned fed health and unsubscribed but then the consultant said i have to pay for the next 3 months as notice is needed"
