So apparently i need ANOTHER referral letter for a follow up examination with a specialist. That was requested by said specialist and you are aware of. Which i advised of you when emailing the claim on 26 March 2015. Are whatever is added in the email simply ignored?<br> <br> Also I need a referral for a OT for a toddler with Down Syndrome??? Do you guys think i'm taking him for sh*ts and giggles? <br> <br> Such a waste of time, money and resources. Not impressed. At all!
