Yet another Fedhealth *****oo! This time court action...

<p>Last year we were instructed that we MUST see a GP before visiting a Specialist! Well this ridiculous and costly demand soon fell away in response to a public outcry of indignation.</p> <p>This year we are told that we MUST get all our chronic medications from Dischem and NOT from our friendly corner pharmacy who charges exactly the same price. Well, it appears that Fedhealth is blissfully ******** of the fact that an appeal chaired by Judge B M Ngoepe, was successful – thus forcing the Registrar to have the begrudged practices of closed DSP’s and penalty co-payments declared an undesirable business practice. The pharmacists' are now challenging this inane instruction in court. So for the second time, in the near future, Fedhealth will have again egg on its face, but this time, will be wasting members' money defending their stupidity!</p>
