WOW!!! Fantastic service from Roshnee @ Fedhealth

I had the absolute pleasure to deal with a lady by the name of Roshnee today, who efficiently and with the most stunning telephone manner I have heard in a long, long time, arranged to send a copy of my parents membership certificate to my father. Roshnee is an asset to your company and I thank her profusely. The certificate has just arrived.
