Worst web site ever

Having been a member for so many years and having complained so many times here I am again.

This morning I am trying to do a hospital pre-authorization. I cannot. The web site simply does not work. Understand I have worked in the software development industry for 30 years. If anyone knows how a web site should work its me.

The Fedhealth member portal must be the worst website I have ever had to interact with. 1. Provider lookup does not work. You enter the provider name or number nothing. 2. Date range for hospitalization does not work. Its supposed to be a date from to range. How this is meant to work is a complete mystery to me. 3. Entering of ICD10 codes is just a free text field. 4. You cannot attach a scanned form either.

An absolute disaster.
