Worst Staff that can't do anything

This is getting out of hand. After chatting to the staff (not knowledgable or helpful at all), I got the doctor added, I also did that during my application. No, ONCE AGAIN I get a statement from my Doctor. This is really ridiculous!!!! Can't they understand me when I talk and give a simple instruction? Really, I thought the company I have been with was bad, this one is even worse! Don't want to add my Doctor and my dependant is not even on the system. Before as well, I sent in the documentation for my chronic medication and I still have not heard back from them. THIS IS THE WORST STAFF AND ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS. Next step if this is not sorted, it the ombudsman!
