*********. Worst service in years. Not what it used to be. Avoid Medivault at all costs!

I've never experienced problems with Fedhealth up until now. Don't ever sign up for medivault. I have been told I owe different amounts each time. Try to settle then get told I owe thousands still. Yet someone will say you owe only R700. Make payment arrangements then get suspended from scheme yet they take monthly premiums. Had u know the medivault wallet thing was going to cause such problems i would have never signed up. In the years I've been with them I've never missed one payment. They are ********* and there are no managers to help. I have chats archived and statements... email proof of everything said... I'm not leaving this. There's the Ombudsman and Council of Medical Schemes and media... I will be making this known! It is ********* to just suspend memberships or give random amounts owing that don't make sense. I've been back and forth with no proper answers and never get the assistance I need other than Amand ****ING Prinsloo telling me I owe A then M then Z back to front.
