Worst Service from Fedhealth - ITS A ****!!!

I dont even know where to start. We had a ped visit on the 26th May and i submitted my claim the following day. When I logged on to find out how far they were with the claim, I was advised that they never received it, I then submitted it on the website, never got feedback. Two months later, after requesting a manager call me, it never happened, needless to say I had to call after them, just to be told that they have never received it, or the medical aid details were incorrect, NO ONE had the decency to call me and update me. I was then told that I needed a GP auth to see a ped for my little one, you guys SUCK, because NO ONE has ever sent me that document, or documents explaining my scheme. I was told NOW, that I have to transfer funds into my wallet to pay for the visit?? So I need to pay you guys, to pay me??? Jesus, i wouldnt recommend you to anyone, I should have referred back to Hello Peter prior to signing up
