Worst Service ever

I have been trying to get a claim paid from the 6th of April. They keep on telling me the claim is being escalated and I will receive feedback. I have received nothing. I keep on phoning in and wasting my airtime. This is terrible service. I have never in my life struggled so much with a medical aid. I am Fed up with this
