Worst Service Ever

I have been with Fed Health a long time,but I will be moving to another Medical Scheme,because of incompitance.I added a child dependant,that is already on a Medical aid to my medical aid,but he has to wait 3 months to be covered,i dont understand this seeing he has been on a medical aid for more than 2 years.I am not going to pay for 2 medical aids,just because of your incompetance.He is on Asthma medication so I cannot wait 12 months for him to be covered.Really Incompetant people working for Fedhealth that cannot add a member the right way.
