Worst service !

My wife terminated her medical aid scheme in March 2022. To date in August they still attempt to deduct monthly contributions from het account. We have contacted them numerous times to get this sorted but still nothing has been done. It has come to a point where they keep trying to deduct the debit order and my wife now has to pay penalties on her account because of this. They are the worst and don’t have any service !
