Worst problem solvers ever!! Possibly even hiding internal ***** and making that the member's problem

This is the worst medical scheme one can belong to. They freeze our medivault (something that WE PAY FOR because of a problem they are unable to resolve dating 2 years back. Now I have to hear that the previous credit controller did not see the error and the new one, Shaheed has picked the error and they have simply passed the buck onto me and my wife while they made the error with their submission of information to the employer, who makes the contributions on behalf of the members. I have never come across a company as arrogant as they are to simply pass the error on to their clients/patients. What infuriates me even more is the fact that they promise to call you back but don't and when they eventually do, simply offer extended repayment plans for THEIR ERROR. I am aware that other staff at the same company has been affected in the same way, yet the company is still not willing to take responsibility. The more I think about this the more I am starting to suspect internal ***** on their part. How on earth can you make a patient pay for your error you made 2 YEARS ago and now that it is a new year they suspend our medivault?????? PATHETIC!!! Offering us a longer repayment time is NOT the solution!! They are also not willing to arrange a face to face meeting with a manager to resolve the issue. I would NEVER recommend Fedhealth to anyone!!!
