Worst Medical scheme ever

If I could give a - star rating I would. COVID regulations does NOT give you the excuse for bad service, *********** consultants or a don’t care attitude. We are in the middle of a pandemic and we now have an issue coming since April which has STILL not been resolved. One day it’s this, the other day that. It is a disgrace and if I were you, I would hang my head in shame. You are not a medical scheme. You are schemers!!!! Please let a MANAGER phone me, if you could be bothered.
