worst medical in the history of RSA

I have never in my life met a more useless bunch of people. They are rude, not helpful at all, and *******. From credit controllers to help desk. They wrongfully terminated my medical aid, and to get it back after paying on time, it take 3-5 working days. So I paid for a service I can not use, because of their mistake. Really. They kept me on hold for more the 30 min until I put the phone down.

They should be closed down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
