Worst medical aid service ever

The service provided at Fedhealth is atrocious. Their family room site never works and it is problematic that only a main member can make arrangements for funds to be transferred. I have asked a Customer Team Leader to contact me to no avail. Their customer service department really needs to rethink how they deal with their members at the backdrop of the high premiums being paid.
