Worst medical aid service

You pay through the roof, but their services as well as their supposed family room sucks. Just to get basic info out of the family room is a hassle, and to update information is a no show. Now I wanted assistance from their online emergency, all I get is a automated voice. What help is that! I have a baby at home and was promised no matter time or day, phone the emergency lines and I will be assisted.

So as I'm still paying a **** load of money for **** service, why should I stay. I have yet to receive any feedback from my earlier complaints and now this. Pathetic
