Worst Medical Aid scheme - bad service, unfair termination, non-correspondence, ********** billing and reversal of funds paid to practicioners paid out of savings portion.

The best word to describe my experience with Fedhealth is a PATHETIC. My membership was unfairly terminated by Fedhealth due to alleged non-disclosure, which is utter nonsense. I was told if I went to the doctor with regards to my toe prior to joining the medical aid and I did not tell the medical aid I went to the doctor and now I have a problem with my gall bladder that is considered non-disclosure. Go Figure. Completely unrelated.

I did not fight termination as I had received terrible service from day one and I was not willing to deal with fedhealth any more. I was told that all my contributions will be paid back to me, less the savings amounts that was used, which is understandable. I also I requested a breakdown of monies, which was never given. This was requested in June 2017 and it is now the end of September 2017.

Fedhealth then deducted the full savings from the contributions paid since joining and paid over the balance as well as began to reverse payments made to practitioners. These practitioners were paid from the savings portion. So Fedhealth deducted all my savings and still reversed payments, now I have practitioners calling me as my accounts are in arrears. THIS IS *****. FEDHEALTH IS *****ING. They are keeping the savings monies as well as reversing payments. I have been trying to sort issue out for over a month and Fedhealth has not assisted and has passed my issue from on person to the next. They do not get back to me and blatantly put forward that this is my fault because of non-disclosure.

An absolutely nightmare to deal with Fedhealth, biggest mistake I have ever made.
