WORST MEDICAL AID KNOWN TO MAN

Your medical scheme is absolute sh*t, my partners mother died of cancer on the 25th of March, you decided to just cancel her medical aid alongside his sister's who was a dependent on her, while we were on the process of making her the main member, I found out a month later, his sister didn't have medical aid for the entire time of April, AFTER you requested we pay for the month. It's now nearing the end of May and we are still waiting for confirmation that my partners sister will be on your medical aid, she is 17 and needs Medical Aid, but NOOOO, you have to be an absolute ***** about it, FedHealth, you suck, you suck so hard, when we are in a time of mourning, your underwriters decide "You know what, lets be a bunch of idiots and make a families grieving time even more difficult." Why, do you even exist? You made my partners mother's treatment of cancer difficult, it took you 6 months to COME UP with a treatment plan after over a dozen re-applications, you **** more people than you save.
