After reading all your reviews, I am saddened but also glad to see it is not only me who has received what can only be called absolutely disgusting service from fedhealth, at a ******* of a price might i add.

If you are looking for a medical aid, that does absolutely nothing for their customers, but make there life a misery when they need help the most, you're in the right place. Not only is phoning their call Centre the biggest waste of time as when you do finally get to speak to someone the incompetence is unbearable, nor have i ever been successful with any of their online portals.
