Worst Medical aid in the History of Medical aids.

I was with Fedhealth for some time. I cancelled my fedhealth medical aid at the end of February 2019 and started on a new medical aid provided by my company. During February 2 procedures took place that was already approved by Fedhealth EVENTHOUGH they new my medical aid will stop at the end of February. Now ot is June and they have now reversed all those procedures and I have to pay all of those medical bills myself and all they say is that they have the right to reverse the payments for the procedures. This is the worst medical aid I have ever encountered and I will strongly recommend anyone not to join them. When you need the medical assistance that you pay for they reserve the right to reverse the payments from the medical aid already paid to the service providers. This is pathetic! And fedhealth refuses to pay those bills.
