Worst medical aid in South Africa

One of the worst medical aids. I submitted a claim on the 02/03/2020 and I was told that there will be a 7 day turn around time and a month later I haven't received any feedback and every-time I call I am given new information about the claim and they wont let me speak to management. I regret leaving my old medical aid scheme and moving to this one. If you are planning to join or change medical aids I would not recommend fed health even to my worst enemy.
