Worst Medical Aid in SA

Fedhealth. Where do I start...i regret joining this medical aid ..Yhooooo.. am so frustrated.Am still waiting for feedback on why the ambulance refused to cone when I called them.on the 5th May amd still waiting for my sons hospital.claim for the 5th May to be paid. No feedback at all and still waiting to hear why I was put on a waiting period.Karabo from Fedhealth called me amd promised to provide me with feedback and am still waiting and thinking if I really really want to deal with this on daily basis...I have had the worst experience on this medical aid in my 16 years of being part of a medical aid and have only been with them since the 1st May by the way.
