Worst Medical Aid in all of existence!!!!

I have been with Fedhealth since 2023 and it’s by far the worst medical scheme in the history of existence!!!

They avoid all attempts to contact them with issues, calls go unanswered and they WhatsApp chat line keeps closing my chat. How do I use my benefits if I can’t get hold of them!??

I even end up being afraid to get medical attention because it’s pointless as I always have to pay out of pocket for everything!

In 2023 I paid for my own scans at hospital with medical aid stating that the money would be refunded to me by the medical aid, I am yet to receive that money, my last hospital visit as well resulted in me having to pay for my own treatment even though I still have premium leaving my bank account every month. Even when I had to get glasses, they covered the costs, but immediately resolved to increase my premiums cover the cost of the glasses.

This month they debited my premium twice from my account for absolutely no known reason. And most recently…as in, this morning, I paid out of pocket yet again for a consultation and medicine, the worst part of it all is that an hour later I get notifications that my consultations were approved and my medicine was approved????!!!!! I paid with my own money, there is nothing I am getting here except being taken for a ride!
