Worst Medical aid

I am so peed off, my son/sons has been indicated to have a speech problem I manage to get my one twin to the speech the****** and she wrote a motivation to get it as a pmd. I have eve tried to change my plan,I have tried to get it paid from there cause my funds would never have made it this year. I even now received a letter from the school that both my tiwns have a. speech problem. Yesterday I called to the call centre requested a Manager to call me and I am waiting almost 24 hours later.
