Worst Medical Aid Experience

This is by far the worst medical aid ever. I recently submitted a claim for spectacles. I was told to move money from my eWallet to my savings to which I ensured was enough to cover the glasses. I then went to collect glasses to which I was told I needed to pay an extra amount. I queried with Fedhealth why I needed to pay as there was enough funds. I emailed them requesting a reimbur*****t of my money their response was they are now going to pay the service provider again and then I should claim from the service provider. I have nothing to do with the service provider you guys are my medical aid so you need to pay me. If I had a choice I wouldn’t have joined this medical aid I had no problems with Discovery last year.

Reviewer Update
Another thing I forgot to mention was the fact that pay my premium religiously, I just learned that whenever I make use of the funds available for the year I then need to repay them apart from paying me premium. Tell me what am I paying the premium for if I have to pay extra for using the funds made available to me then? So basically me paying the medical aid is of no use then? Please make this make sense to me. Why am I paying each month and then having to pay extra each month for making use of the medical aid? This is daylight *******.
