WORST medical aid ever - How can you ignore a newborn?

What a shocking turn of events.

On 24 November 2020 we welcomed our baby girl into the world. According to Fedhealth rules, we have 30 days to register our newborn.

By 08 December I had sent through the birth certificate, the newborn registration form, and needed information. I was told the turn around time would be 3 to 7 days.

Contacted Fedhealth yesterday, 14 Dec, they told me it would be done by end of day.

Called this morning to follow up - they never even ACTIONED the request!!!! A WEEK LATER I have to find out it hasnt even been ACTIONED!

WHAT DO I DO IF MY CHILD NEEDS MEDICAL ATTENTION? Because of Fedhealth, my childs' life is being played with now!!!! Anything can happen at any time.

I am LIVID! I have NEVER in my life dealt with such a USELESS medical aid!

DISGUSTING!
