WORST MEDICAL AID IN THE WORLD.

These people are so fast to take your money but they are the absolute worst.

I speak to customer service every single day and they always give conflicting information. Right now I am 6 months pregnant and I still am unsure of where I can deliver because the customer service employees give me a different answer every day.

When you try to do a claim then they never pay back when they say they will, I always have to follow up for the same claim 3-5 times before anything happens and they ALWAYS say the claim was not processed yet, every single time.

NOTHING on the website works properly, I have filed so many complaints and have heard nothing back. Even when you call someone and they tell you they will escalate the matter, you NEVER hear back and the matter will always stay the same.

Whenever you talk to one person on customer service, they never put it on your system, so you need to repeat the same query over and over again. Nobody ever knows what is happening on your account.

The only reason I went with this maternity plan was because I wanted peace of mind during my pregnancy but this is the most stressful experience ever and I worry everyday for the bill I receive when I give birth even though they say there will be no co-payment.

Do yourself a favour and pick any other medical aid besides this one.
