Fedhealth are delaying urgent surgery and treatment. My SON has ruptured his ACL playing football and has NO knee stability! Do your staff actually understand what the extremity is of this injury?

The Codes have been provided: 586.0 (500H) - PMB On Thursday 25 July Fedhealth requested a quote from the orthopaedic surgeon, an approved provider, for the knee surgery which I provided on Thursday 25 July. Over and above all the other codes this is now 2 weeks later. Can you please pick up a phone and help us sort out this urgent matter! And confirm what Code M23.9 is not in line with the CMS ruling is? Because you are avoiding his urgent treatment and care!

Why am I constantly fighting for a service we pay for! This is now critical and is an emergency!

If anyone is reading this PLEASE do not sign your family or kids up onto their plans! They have plenty of money for marketing campaigns and gimmicks. You dont get anything back for the monthly payments you make. Their service is absolutely appalling! I have been fighting this for three weeks. My son cant stand, or walk, or drive or work.
