Worst medical aid ever.

So I wrote a review on 8/5/21. I got a call from fedhealth that they're investigating on 10/5/21, I wrote another review on 12/5/21 and received a call on 13/5/21 asking if I had been contacted by the teamleader and I said no.

I then received an sms saying that someone was trying to get hold of me. Fedhealth has 2 of my personal numbers, they have my work number and my email address. I have NOT received any feedback regarding my review.
