Worst Medical Aid Ever!!!!

I asked to downgrade my plan and also to cancel it at the end of June and today on the 12th of may i get an automated e-mail that FEDHEALTH has decided to cancel my medical aid from 30 April????? Are you insane???? Who gave this authorisation??? If something happens to me im *****ed and i didn't even know i don't have a medical aid anymore??????? Can someone get this sorted!!!! PHONE me and stop sending automated emails!!!!
