Worst medical aid ever

I've been with fedhealth for over 9 years but the past 2 years there serves has became poor and extremely unreliable. I was admitted in hospital after authorization was done and after I was told by one of there consultants that everything will be covered by my medical cover because it's part of my medical plan, now they are not paying for it and said there is a co payment, I phoned the hospital whome told me to them it was said it's for late authorization, all authorizations was done before the time and like I said my medical plan is supposed to cover all cost. It's not the first time this has happened but now I had enough. They are really not a good medical aid and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone
