Worst Medical aid ever.

*********** and unprofessional. They ***** your money. Make any excuse not to refund your claims. I am waiting and fighting since the 02 August for a refund and have to fight for every claim all the time. I am 24 weeks pregnant and all this medical aid has done is caused me stress and anxiety. I have to deal with multiple untrained consultants, no management or supervisors are willing to speak to me. I am at my witts end
