Worst Medical Aid Ever

So I cancelled my medical aid in February this year for March. First they couldn't find the cancellation email, I had to send it again. Finally I received my cancellation letter, but then they decided to keep on deducting every month. Now I'm receiving emails about a suspended medical aid. How, I don't know, as this was cancelled according to them. Worst mistake ever to join this medical aid. **** service, **** advice and empty promises.
