Worst Medical Aid Ever

Fedhealth is probably the worst medical aid I've ever dealt with. I haven't been with them for a full 3 months yet and I seriously regret ever joining them. They advertise benefits in their brochures which they don't actually offer. For instance, they say they cover prescription medication for 7 days after a hospital event. My daughter was in hospital in March and the day she was discharged we went to pick up her prescription and we had to pay for it ourselves. They also say that once you have reached your threshold you get unlimited GP visits at your nominated network GP. This is clearly not true because non of our GP visits have been paid after we reached our threshold. We've been trying to reach the medical aid as well as the broker various times to query these issues, but no one returns calls or emails and it's been weeks. I've also requested to cancel the medical aid with them, but no one gets back to you. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. The only time they responded promptly was when we were still busy joining.
