Worst Medical Aid
My father passed away and Fedhealth terminated my mother's medical aid without ANY notification and still deducted the premium from her account. Even after we numerously confirmed that she would like to continue with Fedhealth. They cancelled a paying 78 year old's medical aid, because her husband died, without even having the decency of just notifying her....Unacceptable. Actually just sad!
