Worst medical aid

This is the worst medical ever. No way or communication. All contact numbers dont work. All the chat options there no response. No reaponse to emails. I cant use my medical aid at all because my medivault USSD giving a error. The most pathetic medical aid I have ever came across. I am definitely going to cancel my membership they useless. So much money for 5 people on the medical aid and cant make use of it
