Worst medical aid.

This is the worst medical aid EVER!!! I called them to get a list of specialist I needed to see to treat cataracts. They send me the list, then I go to the Dr. on the list and now they tell me the hospital (for the Dr. that they gave me ) is not authorised to do the procedure. What is the point of having a Dr on a list, but NOT his offices. All this they tell me after I saw the specialist and paid out of pocket.
