Worst medical aid

This is honestly the worst medical aid in history. I had an operation in March and I have done nothing but run around and run after these guys for months and months trying to get payment, trying to fix errors on paperwork and their "system" which prevents claim payments etc. Staff is *********** and unhelpful. Always finding a loophole to not to pay where they should be paying. I'm constantly following up on claims etc, going around and around in circles about the same thing. Even my doctors are shocked at the amount of admin I've had to deal with, they have never seen it so bad before with other medical aids. It seems nothing gets done unless you are doing most of their job for them. It's exhausting. Their service is shocking, and medical aid not worth the money. I will finally be rid of them in October. Can't wait.
