Worst Medical Aid

<p>I have been a member with this medical aid since 2016. 3 Weeks ago my husband had massive surgery on his upper arm in a private hospital. This Surgery was approved and he received great service from the Hospital however this medical aid FEDHEALT made the experience the worst ever with all their stories and reasons not to cover the surgery. I am currently 33 weeks pregnant and received my author nr on the 14th of June and booked my bed for a c-section as my first baby was also delivered with a C section. HOWEVER one month later they declined my application and with 5 weeks to go I am now being forced to deliver in a Provincial Hospital. My husband surgery was also declined 3 WEEKS AFTER he received the surgery leaving us with massive bills. These people have no respect or feelings for their members and they are just money hunters with empty promises. I will NEVER refer FEDHEALTH to anyone. They will dissappoint you.!!!!!!!! They could not wait to terminate my services but I am still waiting for feedback to when i will receive all those loyal contributions they so willingly took each Month... Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
