Worst ever!

The worst medical aid I have ever had. Never pay for anything. They paid for psychiatric consultations for my abusive ex but refused to pay for any treatment for my children after the trauma they have been through from her abuse. There was referral from a psychologist that they need help but Fedhealth refuses to pay. Then I tried to change to another scheme they said I could only do it in 6 months. I've been with them for 15 years or more. I told them to cancel then and all of a sudden they could change it. Then they still debit my account for the old scheme and double up the members on the scheme to run up the bill. I'm disgusted in the service of this *** institution.
