Worse Service Ever

I will never ever recommend Fedheath medical aid to anyone, Its the worst ever service provider. They slip on their side now I must suffer as a client. How do you reject a hospital pre-authorization of a person is 8 and half month pregnant and even have the audacity to tell on the phone... Sorry you will just have to give birth at a government hospital but every month they are happy to deduct my account. never once have I ever heard of a medical aid needs proof that you were once on contraceptives in order for them to approve the delivery of your baby. Taking into consideration that when I disclosed to the medical aid am pregnant the requested a letter to prove am pregnant and I provided that. I have been running around with this issue like a headless chicken and should anything happen to me or my unborn Hell will break lose. They need to train their employees and inform them of the requires, polices and procedures and not be quick to take on membership!!!!!!!!!!!!!
