Worse medical aid ever

Just canceled my medical aid, probably the worse medical aid out there. I was part of the old Topmed. We never had any problems with them. Now that we got bought over by fedhealth, worst turn around. We are a young family with 2 kids. In this time we decided to have a home birth. Got pre authorisation for the midwife bill and the birthing center. Now after a month I got feedback they only pay about R2000 from the first R15,000 claim. Still waiting for the second claim response. We pay over R6000 per month. Fedhealth 3 plan.
